All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders are subject to confirmation and may require a deposit. Final pricing may vary based on measurements, fabric selection, and installation requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. We accept various payment methods, and full payment is required before installation unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Installation and Warranty

Installation will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. We provide a warranty on workmanship and materials as specified in your order agreement. Any defects or issues must be reported within the warranty period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary depending on the stage of production. Custom orders may be subject to cancellation fees. Please contact us for specific cancellation terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TC Curtain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
